You'll complete a quick intake form and tell us your preferences—locations, specialties, start dates, and pay expectations.
2. Credentialing & Paperwork
We’ll help you gather everything you need: licenses, background checks, immunizations, and certifications. Our compliance team walks you through the process.
3. Job Matching
We’ll present openings that match your profile and goals. Once you select a position, we submit your profile and help with interview coordination if needed.
4. Offer & Contract
Once the facility confirms, we’ll present the offer and go over all contract details. You’ll know your pay, schedule, housing options, and expectations.
5. Travel & Arrival
We’ll help coordinate travel logistics and confirm your first day instructions—who to report to, what to bring, and what to expect.
6. Onboarding Support
You’ll receive reminders, support, and check-ins throughout your assignment. We’re here if anything comes up.
